In this work we show programs developed with Scilab to analyze signals both in
the traditional way, through harmonic analysis, or Fourier Analysis, and through
Wavelet Analysis. The objective is focused on the development of tools
(programs) in Scilab that are used to analyze signals, both as well as with
other software that are not free. For this purpose and by way of example, we
perform signal analysis from a three-phase alternating current transmission
system of a case that was provided to us from the I.E.E. (Institute of Electric
Power of the National University of San Juan).

Thanks a lot for these programs.

I take the opportunity to share a quite new approach to handle very long time series.
and to recognize patterns within them.

Such a tool is quite new and could be of great help within Scilab.
