Algebra libraries optimized using Intel's Math Kernel library, to replace the
libraries provided in Scilab by default. They include common libraries provided
by Intel, linear-algebra libraries BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines) and
LAPACK (Linear Algebra PACKage), as well as FFT (Fast Fourier Transform)
libraries.
These files are downloaded by the Windows installer: you do not need to download
them by hand.
