Analogue displays as GUI's seem to be rare in Scilab, so beeing in search for a
analogue display I stumbled about a MATLAB code snipplet.
Trasnfering this to SCILAB code it results in a small program, enabling the
analoge display of a spped variable.
Note: By exchanging the background image, this display could be used for any
variable.
