Description
            	  Solves all second order linear BVPs and IVPs on finite domains using a
Galerkin Method sometimes dubbed the "tau method" although there have
been no rational function approximations made to the solution. It's different to
a conventiional Galerkin Method in that two rows have been replaced with
boundary/initial conditions. The appropriate syntax is explain in the file.
